Liz actually used to be a proper actress, making her debut as the lead in legendary TV writer Dennis Potter’s Christabel. Mr Blatherskite thinks this was her finest hour in an episode of Sharpe from 1994 with Sean Bean.
Since then, of course, she’s become more famous for wearing low-cut dresses at film premieres and being the face of Estee Lauder.
