New Haringey boss of children’s services, Peter Lewis from Enfield, is being paid £200,000 a year for sweeping up after Sharon Shoesmith, the former boss who was in charge as the Baby P tragedy unfolded.
At Enfield Lewis, who still lives in Hampshire, was doing a four-day week.
What terms has children’s secretary Ed Balls agreed with him for sorting out Haringey?
Or, as Mr B suspects, haven’t they even thought about this yet?
Is Balls just kicking the problem into the long grass?
