Celebrated sculptor Marc Quinn has gained lots of publicity for a new sculpture exhibition by depicting ever newsworthy (and lovely, you have to say) model Kate Moss in what looks like an extremely uncomfortable yoga position.
Kate apparently posed for Quinn, although not in the gold-plated position in Quinn’s final realisation. If she had she’d have had to go to one of the surgeons in Colorado that Premiership footballers are always going to see about their knees and metatarsals. Which would certainly have livened up life in Colorado…
Why do we love Kate so much, despite her sometimes erratic behaviour?
Well she’s still an ordinary gal from Croydon in some respects and she seems like a good sport (by supermodel standards).
Commission Quinn to do a version of Kate in Trafalgar Square, I say. More interesting than all those boring old Victorian generals.
