Tory leader David Cameron is in trouble again, for promising parents of both sexes six months' paid leave after giving birth and also appearing on the telly organising breakfast for his family, including the handicapped son Ivan. Quite moving, I thought. Now there's nothing wrong with this at all. Or there wouldn't be if he was a Labour or Liberal politician. But the Tories, the good old nasty party, just don't like it. So what you end up with is voters who like Cameron but still won't be inclined to vote for the Tories in the next British election because they don't like those other horrible nasty bastards. Or that's what I think anyway, Bit of a conundrum really. Are we really going to have four more years of Gordon Brown and Ed Balls? Aaargh!

Will David Cameron ever win over his party?
